What to expect?
Designed with you in mind:

1:1 therapy including yoga therapy, somatic experiencing, personalized yoga, and education
2 – 60 min pre and post sessions in-person or video depending on your location
professionally designed plan to keep you on track with goals from your intensive
This is a 60 minute monthly check in with me, focusing in on those key moments from your intensive. It gives us a chance to catch up on how you are utilizing what you’ve learned, ask questions to clarify anything about your work, and celebrate your fabulous-ness. We can even bring in your home therapist.

If you’ve done an intensive with me, and you want to keep your momentum, then brush it up.
What can I expect?
We’ll meet for 60 minutes, once a month for a pre-determined period of time. During our sessions, we’ll explore your progress and areas of continued growth based on what you discovered in your intensive. This is about accountability and continuing to move the needle.
Workshops are offered both in-person and on-line. It’s about learning, it’s about dissecting, it’s about getting real & vulnerable & refreshed.

Who would benefit?
Women wanting to learn more about specific topics and do a bit of talking-it-through in a group setting. Also really beneficial for women wanting to connect and ignite that social shine.
What can I expect?
I will facilitate a small group of women in conversation, exploration of feelings, self expression and connection. You choose your group based on what you need and when you need it. If it’s online, you’ll get that link so you can easily log in when it’s time to shine.

This is designed for those looking for support & personal exploration utilizing yoga therapy &/or somatic experiencing as the primary modality(ies). This work can stand alone, or can compliment an intensive, and/or a Those Natural Things Event. Create wellness over time, gently unpacking & exploring those places needing nurturing for more understanding, compassion, & ability to breathe deeply again.

What can I expect?
Your private yoga classes will be 60 mins in length and offered either in my studio or online. I will design and lead you through a practice suited to your needs. Sessions can include reflection time, journaling, and meditation practices.
